Start with a fancy glass and add in ice cubes (ahead of time you can make edible flower ice cubes the evening before to allow them to set).
Add 25ml of tea mixer
Then top up with sparkling water (handy if you even had a soda stream)
Add in a wedge of lime, give it a good squeeze!
Garnish with fancy edible flowers if you have them handy!
