We use a slow brew technique, locally roasted, organic fair-trade coffee from Melbourne. With a temperature-controlled system which uses cold water to slowly extract the coffee flavour over 24 hours. The result is a smooth, naturally sweet and rich coffee with no bitterness and is up to 70% less acidic.
