What is a Tea Mixer?
It’s basically a really strong tea! We brew loose leaf tea with purified water to make an all-natural supercharged liquid. There are no added preservatives or sugars, just lots of tea with a touch of water. We make it strong so all you need to do is add a little water or sparkling water and like magic, you have an instant iced tea! No tea bags, no mess, no fuss.
I have an allergy to nuts, dairy, or gluten, can I drink Cha Cha products?
Our teas are gluten free and diary free but please be aware that our teas do not come from certified nut, gluten - or dairy-free facilities. If you’re concerned about allergies, we recommend talking to your physician before drinking our teas.
Do Cha Cha Mixers contain added sugar?
There is absolutely no added sugar in our products. The only sweetener is the fruit and teas own natural fructose. Our Chai is steeped with raw honey.
Which preservatives and additives do you use?
There are definitely no nasties in our beautiful mixers and boosters. For this reason, we recommend refrigerating our mixers after opening and enjoying within 1 month.
Where is your tea sourced?
Our teas are sourced from small holding, family run plantations internationally (Sri Lanka, Assam, India, Japan and China). We have close relationships with our suppliers and we pride ourselves on sustainable sourcing and manufacturing.
Are all Cha Cha Tea products suitable for Vegans?
Yes, the only exception is our Chai Charmer Tea Mixer (steeped with raw honey)
Which of the Cha Cha range contain caffeine?
Only our Wake Me Cold Brew Coffee Mixer has a standard shot of coffee. Our Chai Charmer Tea Mixer contains a small amount of caffeine approximately 30mg of caffeine (3 oz of black tea) compared to roughly120mg in an average cup of coffee.
Can children drink Cha Cha Tea?
Yes! They can. We have loads of little people who are Cha Cha lovers. Our pink latte is fast becoming a fantastic sugar-free alternative to baby chino’s in many of the cafe’s we work with. We advise that children do not drink the Cold Brew Wake Me mixer as it contains caffeine.
Do you brew Cha Cha Tea in Australia?
Our Tea Mixers are brewed in a microbrewery in Geelong, Victoria.
Can I blend my Mixers with Alcohol?
Oh, yes baby!

How many drinks per 500ml Tea Mixer?
There are 10-15 serves in each bottle depending on the cup size.
How long do the Tea Mixers and Booster Powders last?
Your Tea Mixer or Cold Brew Coffee will last unopened in a cool, dark cupboard until the advised best before date. We recommend refrigerating after opening and enjoy within one month. Our Booster Powder last for 12 months even when opened, as long as they are sealed properly and stored in a cool, dark container away from moisture.
I’m not a Barista, how do I use the Barista Booster Powders?
Good news, you don't need to be a barista to use Cha Cha Boosters!
Add a small teaspoon of booster to 50ml of tea mixer and combine.
Prepare 1 cup of steamed milk (or plant-based milk) and pour over the mixture.
You can also shake or stir with cold milk for an iced latte
Can I use the tea mixers or barista boost in things other drinks?
Most certainly! Get creative - you can use it to make raw treats, smoothies, cakes, pancakes, ice-cream, sorbet the list is endless.
How do I store my Cha Cha products?
Our mixers are best kept refrigerated after opening. Our Barista Boost Powders are best kept in a cool, dry place such as the panty or cupboard.
How do I know if my Cha Cha online order has been successful?
Once your online ordered is placed and paid in full, you will receive an email confirming your purchase.

Can I collect my order in person?
We don’t have a storefront so unfortunately not.
How do I use a Promotional Code that was emailed to me?
When you finish shopping our range and head to the checkout, there is a ‘Promotional Code’ box. Type the promotional code in and the discount will be applied to the total.
When will my Cha Cha order arrive?
Your Cha Cha order should arrive within 3-5 working days after purchase.
My Online order hasn’t arrived yet. What do I do?
Each order has a unique tracking code to try there first (it was emailed with your shipping confirmation). If your order hasn’t arrived within 5 working days, please send an email through to hola@chachatea.com.au and we follow up your order and get back to you with an arrival date.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently do not ship internationally, but we are working on it.
How much is the shipping on my Cha Cha order?
Shipping is calculated based on your postcode and usually starts around $10.
Can you ship to my PO Box?
No. Unfortunately we are unable to ship to PO Boxes.
