Baby Shower Iced Tea Bar

There is not doubt about it, here at Cha Cha we like to party and who best to party with than Party with LENZO.
  
Recently we hydrated their lush + green Baby Shower Editorial.
Overlooking Albert Park Lake the photo shoot was set at one of our Cha Cha cafe partners Greenfields Albert Park.
 
 

Our tea mixers are concentrated fruit tea blends and they are caffeine free with no preservatives, no nasties or added sugars. Think of them as really really strong tea which can be added as a mixer to make your drinks fancy! 

Because of the no added nasties in the ingredients they are perfect as an alternative to sugar filled beverages and great for those cutting back on alcohol. And with that in mind they make for great beverages for a baby shower. 

Here are two recipes using our Strawberry Swoon Tea Mixer and Peeling Fantastic Tea Mixer. We created some non alcoholic sparkling iced tea's.

 

Non Alcoholic Sparkling Swoon Iced Tea 

YIELD: Makes 2L of iced tea

INGREDIENTS

Strawberry Swoon Tea Mixer 

Plenty of Ice

2L of sparkling water or soda water

A handful of fresh and cut strawberries.

METHOD

1. Fill the vessel you would like to serve the tea in with plenty of ice.

 

 2.Add in fresh strawberries

3. Add in 2L of sparking water, or soda water

 

 

4.  Add in 150ml of Strawberry Swoon Tea Mixer or Peeling Fantastic Tea Mixer

 

5. Give all the ingredients a good stir and garnish with fresh mint

 

Non Alcoholic Fig and Orange Sparkling Iced Tea Canister

YIELD: Makes 5L of iced tea

INGREDIENTS

Peeling Fantastic Tea Mixer 

Plenty of Ice (enough to fill half the canister) I normally buy a bag of ice for this type of presented iced tea. 

4 L of sparkling water or soda water

A handful of fresh and cut figs

 

METHOD

1. Fill the canister you would like to serve the tea in with plenty of ice.

 

  

 

2. Add in fresh cut figs 

3. Add in 4L of sparking water, or soda water

 

4.  Add in 1 bottle of Peeling Fantastic Tea Mixer
5. Give all the ingredients a good stir.
6. Prepare and serve each drink with a slice of fig and ice in the glass so its chilled and ready to add in the iced tea.
