When my gal pal Hails from Hails and Shine mentioned she was planning a 'Back to School Summer Soiree with Soiree Darling we knew we wanted to treat the kiddies with iced tea goodness!
Fruit Infused Tea Cups
YIELD: 1 SERVING
INGREDIENTS
30ml Strawberry Tea Mixer
1 cup of water
A fruit salad mix of seasonal fresh fruit
METHOD
1. Add 30ml Strawberry Tea Mixer to your preferred jar for serving
2. Fill with water
3. Add in fruit salad mix
4. Set aside for 2 hours in the fridge, allowing the fruit to flavour the tea.
5. Prior to serving chill the jars on some ice to keep them cool.
Alternatively you can make a Fruit Infused Tea Canister

250ml bottle of Strawberry Tea Mixer
3L water
A fruit salad mix of seasonal fresh fruit cut into slices
METHOD
1. Add 250ml of Strawberry Tea Mixer to your preferred canister for serving
2. Fill with water
3. Add in fruit salad mix
4. Set aside for 2 hours in the fridge, allowing the fruit to flavour the tea.
5. Prior to serving add iced to the canister.
